Setting the Global Leadership Standard
Insights from Hogan Global Leadership Effectiveness Study
October 30th, 2026, Marriott Bucharest Hotel
What if the leaders we have aren’t the leaders people actually need?
In a world shaped by constant uncertainty, rapid technological shifts, hybrid work, and the most generationally diverse workforce in history, leadership is under more pressure than ever. The real question is no longer what makes a leader effective—but whether today’s leaders are truly meeting the expectations of their people.
Join Hart Consulting for an exclusive event unveiling the global and Romania-specific insights from one of the most comprehensive and scientifically grounded leadership studies to date, conducted by Hogan Assessments.
Based on data from over 10,000 professionals worldwide, from 127 countries and almost 2000 companies, this event will uncover:
- The growing gap between who leads and who should lead
- What employees truly expect from their leaders today
- How leaders behave in reality—under pressure, in daily interactions, and in decision-making
- What these differences mean for the future of organizations
We’ll also explore how leadership expectations shift across cultures and markets—bringing a global perspective with local relevance.
