Coaching skills for managers

Most managers and professionals are trapped in the daily activity with full agendas, a lot of responsibilities, motivated by the impact they want to produce; but most often are stocked in their routine - acts the same way they act usually.

Coaching skills for managers and professionals Workshop provides a space in which managers and professionals can develop new insights to lead and work in order to develop and achieve ambitious results. It provides space to practice how they can integrate simple coaching competencies that can generate a big impact in daily work. Participants will learn through practice effective but basic skills of coaching focusing on results, creating space for themself and for partner’s development, delegation or empowerment through questions.

We propose you two days of intensive work and practice dedicated to clarifying how a manager can approach a coaching position in relation to those around him. 

The results obtained by attending this workshop:

  • Understanding coaching process and stand-up as a manager-coach
  • Gaining a coaching process effective and easy to integrate in managerial role
  • A new perspective on delegating management
  • Practical ways to develop responsibility, autonomy, focusing on results of their activity and collaborators.

The course brings a practical, simple and progressive coaching process. Each technique will be practiced by each participant, then the results will be evaluated. All practical exercises will be focused on the everyday objectives, needs, problems of the participants, punctuated with coaching information and examples of the coaches experience.
