Jan Kwint - Leadership Development and Organizational Impact: the Effect on Employee Focus, Involvement and Trust

The current financial crisis has led to an interest in leadership other than "managing and growing the bottom line".  In addition to the need for insight into personal leadership styles, qualities and competencies, there is a growing need to link this to the organization: leadership should lead to Focus, Involvement, and Trust. What is the effect of a leadership style on followers? LTP has data from over a thousand leaders who completed leadership development surveys and from four thousand followers.  Jan Kwint will explain more about the theory behind this, about the survey and in particular about the results of the data analysis.
