Executive coaching

Development process designed for executives, directors, managers who want to increase their measurable performance and transform their leadership and management skills. As coaches, we have a professional approach towards performance, focused on measurable results and change. In the coaching process, the coach is present for the client and his/hers objectives, doesn’t overprotect and doesn’t ignore, but creates space for the client to discover new perspectives, to practice on how to implement them.

Most frequent coaching objectives we’ve meet in our practice:

  • Career transition, from being a specialist to being a manager or transitions from middle manager to executive; the biggest challenge in this area was working with managers that were very operational or were more likely specialists and they made the change to strategy and network management through coaching
