6th Edition: CEOs and organizational culture: what makes it or breaks it?

HR Strategic Conference – the 6th Edition

Hotel Athenee Palace Hilton, May 22, 2013

Leaders are the main architects of organizational culture. The culture of an organization starts and develops from the leader that manages it, while the culture of an organization can also affect the development of leadership. Therefore, we could see a bivalent relationship between the two types of values. The importance of organizational culture is given by the fact that it can become a competitive advantage if it supports the business strategy.

The purpose of the event is to highlight the importance of organizational culture for the company's productivity and success, focusing on the ways (through case studies, research, etc.) we can build a strong organizational culture and the key players in this structure.
