Why assessment centers have become an industry in the last 40 years? The answer is found in their construction itself.

We presented:

  • Assessment centers - advantages over other methods,
  • the way for construction is impacted by their role AC/DC,
  • and have clearly established the difference between an assessment center with selection purpose and an assessment center for development purpose.

Finally we presented the basic steps for building a successful assessment center.
