Hogan Elite Club 2024

We had the pleasure of hosting another inspiring Hogan Club Elite community of Hogan Assessments practitioners, where we explored some of the most pressing topics on HR's agenda for 2025 compared to 2024.

We delved into the key leadership competencies required in these times of rapid and significant change. Together, we reflected on what makes a leader truly effective in navigating uncertainty while fostering resilience and adaptability within their teams.

The atmosphere was one of curiosity, connection, lively discussion, enthusiasm and fun—a safe space to share insights and perspectives. It is always heartwarming to witness how this community grows stronger year after year, fueled by shared learning and collaboration.

We are grateful for the opportunity to be part of such meaningful conversations with every occasion of Hogan Elite Club and excited to continue shaping the future of leadership and HR together!
