Leadership is a driving force in organizational performance, both for good and for bad. While we typically think of leadership as a positive force, Toxic Leadership can destroy organizations and governments. In this talk, Dr. Jarrett Shalhoop of Hogan Assessments will discuss the conditions of Toxic Leadership, including the profile of Toxic Leaders, the dynamics under which they rise to power, and the destructive forces they can unleash. The talk will also include practical advice for recognizing Toxic Leadership before it occurs.
